The battle lines have been drawn and the landing stages will be set early in the morning for the arrival of the regions rowers. These brave few are about to test themselves against the challenges of the river Stour, the swans, the notorious Sudbury bends and the ticking clock.

The clash of the East Anglian titans (Sudbury RC & University of Essex) can be seen on the river from 9.00 – 13.00. Traditional rowing carbo loading refreshments will be available at the clubhouse.
